Orders and prices
Prices are shown in GBP. Check the product, quantity, delivery details and total before submitting your order. Available payment methods and any delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Miualu is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT on its sales.
Submitting an order is your offer to buy. An automated message acknowledging receipt alone is not acceptance. We accept your order when payment has been confirmed and we send confirmation that your order is being processed. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Please check dimensions, materials and suitability for your pet before ordering. Product information does not replace veterinary advice. Delivery details and availability must be provided before you place an order. Contact Miualu about delivery problems.
Cancelling an online order
For goods covered by the statutory cancellation right, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return them. You can tell us by email or post using a clear statement; using the form below is optional. Contact us for the correct returns address.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return cost. Any cost of returning goods that cannot normally be returned by post must be disclosed before purchase. Faulty goods are handled separately and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
On cancellation of the whole order, the refund includes the standard outward delivery charge, if paid, but not an extra charge for a premium delivery choice. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Problems and complaints
Contact us about faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory consumer rights are not restricted by these terms. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.
Delivery and responsibility
Standard delivery is included for addresses supported by the product. Check the product delivery information and our Delivery Information before ordering. Unless another period is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Miualu is your seller even when a supplier dispatches the goods.
